Internal recruiter had left and new Internal recruiter wasn’t starting until January 2024 – she was also new to the ECO industry so needed coaching.
Requirement
An interim project to help recruit with urgent roles. Provided 1:1 coaching for the newly appointed Internal Recruiter, supporting them with industry knowledge and processes.
Solution
In-house consultancy support, 2 days a week for the duration of the project.
In December 2023, Carolann took the lead in a project aimed at optimising the company's recruitment process.
